Let me give you my experience overall...

I started trying to buy with PP from him, however... I do not have PP, I have an exchanger but he doesn't accept money from brokers, he's quite... stubborn when it comes down to dealing with payment related stuff.
Long story short, I had to pay 5$ extra fee to get the BTC so I could be able to purchase this from him. But I think it was worth it... I received his guide and one extra guide for the payment hassle.
