    Losing weight is easy if you do it right. If you say you eat barely anything & go outside you're either lying, or eating much more than you think you actually are. Get the app MyFitnessPal on your phone & set it up, it will calculate your daily caloric needs for you depending on your goals. Start doing cardio to help with the weight loss, and don't eat too little or else it'll not be very beneficial to your goals.

    If you have a bike, use it when you have to do something, ive been doing that for ~2 months with changing my eating behaviour and i lost 20kg.

    First of all don't snack, even though it may not count as a meal. I also believe in drinking a shit ton of water, as well as running or jogging. For exercise start off easy and every other time try to increase your rate and push yourself. Try to eat three small meals, and watch the carbs. Carbs the the biggest problem when it comes to weight.

    Create a meal prep plan, package all your meals into containers (so you know that is all I can eat).

    And cardio.

    I stopped doing all this for a while and gained some weight. Though I'm back on it, I can see my body changing to what it use to be.

    diet is a much bigger factor than exercising for losing weight. but doing both is also great. honestly i recommend buying a water cooler and a 24-30oz bottle and everytime you walk past it or stand up from your pc just fill it up and drink the water at your desk and just keep drinking lots of water and eat lean meats

    what you wanna do for losing weight is to eat less calories than you burn so your body has to use the ressources its saved over time


    i always had best luck with losing that last pound in the cutting phase of gym when i used my bike everywhere i went etc
    that way i had my metabolism high at most times and lost lots of body fat until i was at like ~10% before i wasnt able to do sports

    Si tu peux aller en salle, vas-y, ça t'aidera beaucoup.
    Pour moi la meilleur façon de perdre du poids c'est de transpirer, transpirer mais d'une certaine manière.
    Je m'explique : En gros le cardio, VTT et tout c'est hyper important mais si tu veux perdre du poids, faut aussi bosser tout les autres muscles de ton corps.
    Donc en gros je te donne ma séance en salle par exemple (j'y vais 4 fois par semaine) mais en clair tu commence par 5 min de cardio, ensuite tu bosse dos/épaules/pecs/triceps/biceps.. ce que tu veux du moment que c'est régulier et que t'en chie vraiment tu vois et tu fini par 25min de cardio en FRACTIONNÉ ! ça c'est hyper important.
    Mais bien évidemment la première choses a regarder quand tu souhaite maigrir, c'est ta façon de manger, Dit adieux a tout ce qui est junkfood et soft drink.
    Mange plus de fruits, boit de l'eau.. Le poulet, jambon, dinde (si tu en manges), sont d'excellente sources de protéines, accompagné de pâtes ou de riz, ou même les légumes sont excellent. Évite le surgelé, c'est pas bon.
    Je te cache pas qu'au début c'est difficile, tu risque de lâché au bout d'une semaine, mais si tu es motivé, rien ne t’arrêtera
