Hey guys, apparently some of you may know how to lose weight,
I’m almost 92kg for 1.63m and that’s too much for me, i should lose 20kg or even more but i don’t know what to do, I don’t mind going outside and I will have 3 weeks holidays this summer, I’ll post a picture of me in few weeks maybe to show my shit body.
So I’m just looking for some tips to lose weight, quickly or not I don’t care I just NEED to lose weight.
I like fruits!

go on runs, do cardio. anything that makes you sweat and pant heavy. if you go on a couple runs a day and cut back on junk food and other desserts, you should lose weight decently fast.

Diet + One or 2 hour runs.
Go ketogenic - stick with it and eat properly and you will drop the lbs quickly.
One half is food other half is work out.. Just go running or swimming or to the gym regularly and eat healthy, not just very little but healthy! No sense in dieting because you will gain after you stop..
Just go jog and eat healthy
or if you want to lose fat fast just do some plan in the gym
