I would like to invest some money in creating a RP Gifting Center for League of Legends users to buy cheap RP and send it to their main account or to other accounts. I'm afraid that If I invest my money no one will use it my service or it can be used every now and then because I'm not reputable enough, also I will give the buyers a warranty for my services if anything happens to the gift they received and I will refund them the full amount they paid or provide them with a new account. Need your advice, thank you in advance!

The prices would be as follows:
260 RP - $1.3
390 RP - $1.9
520 RP - $2.6
750 RP - $3.75
975 RP - $4.9
1350 RP - $6.8
1820 RP - $9.1
3250 RP - $16.5
