I say that to all my clients if you don’t know How to use it just don’t buy. I Check accounts just before sending so it’s your job to book anything with method that owner won’t see any changes. I have a lot of clients that can do that and come back to buy more. Noone on MPGH can guarantee replacements on that type of accounts.

How you can guarantee me that you didn't make any errors and you knew how to use for example avios? In very critic situations I'm able to replace it but why should I replace you for example hotels coupon... I had a situations like with chips (see older posts in this thread), he want replacement or refund when I did everything correctly it was just scam. I will tell that one more time, IF U DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE IT JUST DON'T BUY
