How To Get Started Using Bitcoin & Buying Bitcoin

    Step 1: Create a wallet.
You can create a free wallet (no verification required) here: https://blockchain.info/wallet/#/signup

    https://youtu.be/W15-3bXda3U?t=72

    Step 2: Buying Bitcoin

If you are not 18 or older: you have no option but to use the MPGH Marketplace to buy bitcoin using PayPal. The Cryptocurrency Exchange section is found here: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=885

If you are 18 and older: The easiest way to buy Bitcoin is using Coinbase. First check if your country is supported. If your country is listed here: https://www.coinbase.com/global?locale=en then go ahead and make a coinbase account here: https://www.coinbase.com/signup

If you are 18 and older and coinbase does not support your country you need to do more research on how to purchase Bitcoin OR, you can buy bitcoin in the MPGH Marketplace to buy bitcoin using PayPal. The Cryptocurrency Exchange section is found here: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=885

it's very sad that with such source code that it makes the whole process much easier, you can not do anything, because your country is not on the list

Hi. I read a review of Coinbase, and they mentioned that CB may track how its users spend bitcoin. Will they flag my account if I buy stuff from the mpgh marketplace?

Unlike normal bank transfers, they don't know whose address you're transferring it to. It might be a friend or family, or it might be the mafia. Well of course, if the user keeps reusing their receiving address, you can track the transactions easily by searching the address on blockchain and pull up all transactions history. There are such thing as a blockchain analyst, where they track how funds are transferred on blockchain in criminal cases. If you're really doing shady things with bitcoin (not just like buy cracked accs here on MPGH) there's "bitcoin mixer" which makes it harder for blockchain analysts to track your bitcoin funds.

    Thanks for the info.

Just read that CoinBase is ok for buying, but it's best to transfer to your own wallet.
