I don't believe so, because you need programs like razer synapse and logitech gaming program to make macros like his one.

Are you able to make it do "while pressed repeat" so that it will constantly keep building up until you make it stop or do you have to copy and paste

Probably yes because it's an instant movement to a snap point, If anyone sees you doing this your reported.
