What.. the.. fuck. I tried this 3 days ago, but then I got a message that Ive added money in my steam wallet so I have to wait 3 days before I try and change country. This is a simple thing to do.. but when I try it now I cant get it to work.

I red that there might be a cooldown if you log in from your real location and try to change region with vpn quick after. Steam Wallet changes from your current currency in the foreign currency. So that is not the reason. I would go to settings and log out of all devices and wait 12-24h.

I bought auric cells with russian vpn and now i can't change steam region to mine for 2 days. Can i play dbd if my vpn isn't enabled, even if it still says on steam that i am from russia, or will they detect that i used it?
