Responding so quick, and finished within 10 minutes of adding him to contacts.

EDIT: The account was locked when I tried to access it I tried to work with him to get at least 90% of my money back and he refused and removed me as contact. I notified PayPal that he isn’t taking gifted payments for goods and services and his account is going to be terminated and I’m getting a full refund.

This person received the vBucks on his account and the account works for PC / Xbox / Mobile. The thread clearly states that this will not work if account has ever been linked to PS4 and this person linked it after receiving the vBucks. The account is not locked or banned by Epic Games. It simply cannot be linked to PS4 - it still works on PC / Xbox / Mobile. I told him to unlink PS4 and he told me the account still works fine on PC (thus it is not locked / banned). I tried to contact Microsoft to get a refund for him but he had already contacted Paypal to request his money back (potientally hitting me with a chargeback / paypal account limit). I saw the Paypal email and at that point, I did not wish to deal with this customer anymore so I deleted him from contacts.

The buyer wanted 90% of his money back but I had already spent my own money to buy vBucks on his account and if I were to refund him, I would be losing money while he walks away with free vBucks.
