I bought bo2 on steam is there a way for me to get the dlc for free?

I saw videos on youtube, so i bought the game, and then noticed they had cracked ones in the video OOF, but is there a way to get them for free w/ steam versions?

you can get the dlc camos for free but not the maps

You can get a class editor somewhere around here to edit your main weapon camo in each class but you can't get the maps, but it's not really important since most of the players play Nukejacked / doesn't have the DLCs either.
