- flash on mobile devices has never been shown working well.

- flash requires software h.264 encoding instead of hardware encoding, so it eats the shit out of batteries.

- apple helped start adobe, and adobe refuses to do things for apple.

- flash on OS X is the main reason macs crash, adobe knows this, wont do anything.

- for the first time, adobe has natively coded their creative suite in Cocoa, even though more than half of the people that buy it run it on the mac os.

- nearly every site that has video (besides hulu and many porn sites) have html5 mobile versions. Despite hulu not being mobile compatible, almost every site hulu licenses content from has html5 mobile versions.

No.. its more like that Apple wants to make it so that only MAC users can create IPhone apps. Flash was developed for PCs because Macs were always crap.

To accurately sum it up, its not any technical issues with Flash (might be initially, but its not like it can't be optimized/fixed in later releases), its just two butt hurt companies fighting...
