    Hello, I am looking for a LoL account that I can permanently own (as in I can change email and password), some requirements it has to have is:
    - Has to be on NA server
    - Level 30+
    - Has a lot of champs
    - Has some skins
    - Has some Blue Essence
    - Preferably gold rank or above
