Wait a few days you will get an email back.
So I'm attempting to recover my old main account. I've not played in around a year, but can't seem to recall my credentials. When I request a password recovery email, I'm not receiving anything. I've emailed the support team, but I was just curious if anybody has experience with similar situations and knows the likelihood of me getting my account back. Or perhaps what I could do the improve the chances of getting it back.

Right, so I got a reply today, they told me they had sent me a password recovery request to my linked email.
The only issue with that, is I told them I don't have access to the linked email address.
They were really quick to respond, but now I have to wait another 24 hours to get another response. And then probably another 24 hours thereafter to finally resolve it.
The recovery emails are super slow, it took the password change 6 hours to get to me when CC had a virus and it stressed me out
Just for a day or two and they will ask for the last payment ID and the security questions
Currently waiting to hear back from them for a second time. I offered to provide my security question answers/payment details. Just frustrating since my issue was that I can't remember my email or password, then they tell me they've sent me a password recovery request to my linked email address...?
If recovery doesn't work. Just E-Mail them with your last gold purchases and Security questions (If you know them.(Sometimes you don't even need them))
