do you have that article on hand by chance? i want to know if intel ever changes out the oil, or just uses filters with radiators. I honestly dont think these systems require replacing the oil, i think its just a matter of filtration just like any other aquarium

False. Mineral oil and 3m novec are non-corrosive. Intel has even published a paper on the long term use of oils in a server environment and they saw no corrosion.
