Joule deficit, eat less calories than what you use daily. Avoid high glicemic foods ( not potatoes and carrots ), less carbohydrates more proteins. Try to get better gradually, don't diet immediatly.
Losing fat there is about losing overall body fat.
Eat less than you require, read about ketosis.
make sure you are on a calorie deficit. count your calories and aim at -500 deficit per day. That's 1 kg of fat lost per week.
I dont think there is a magical solution to fast weight loss, despite what tv ads like to suggest.
The key is on a change of diet, regular exercising and enough discipline to sticking to it. Its by no means a fast process.
