You aren't going to fit much on that SSD, so install your OS on the SSD and a couple game that you play a lot of then store everything else on the HDD.

true but having windows on the SSD is the most important part anyway imo

if you put your games on an HDD it only make load times slightly worse but fast boot speeds are worth it

Honestly, applications that you frequently use on the SSD and things that you use once in a while goes into the HDD.

I generally put the OS and most applications, especially video and photo editing software, on the SSD. Games and media go on the HDD.

    Mac OS issues

At the same time of using HDD and SSD most of the MAC OS based users get trouble to access this platform in an effection manner. They can get an actual solution instructed by apple customer support number to recover all these issues.

Windows on your SSD will improve boot time and read and write speed as far as your system is concerned, if you really have a game you want to load fast say a multiplayer game you'd want to install it on your SSD but everything else should remain on your HDD whenever you get a chance I recommend getting another larger SSD for strictly games and use your HDD for normal programs that you don't care if they load fast or not and large files such as movies, pictures and downloads.

I just recently purchased a really nice M.2 SSD I don't have a computer to put it in but it was on sale at a fair price with a rebate, I'll eventually load it into my new rig when I finish buying it.

Also, dont keep important information on SSD, only programs or games. SSD (depending on the brand) usually have lower lifetime than HDD. All your important data like documents, photos, etc, keep it on the HDD.

I currently have a SSD-HDD combo, and its such a pain, the SSD fills up soo fast while theres a bunch of storage in the hard drive
