once your Ban cause of hacking , mean is a perm ban 100% sure no use wasting ur time sending Nexon mail , the only thing to solve it is to create a New account .

This is not true, my asian friend was banned cause he used gorfags hacks to much, he submitted a ticket with a few pointers from MPGH members and got his account back, not straight away but he got it back!
