Yes there is, you need any cheat that allows you to change license plates and a server that store cars based on license plates. You buy a BMX, steal a cop car, switch the bmx plate to the cop car and store in the garage NVM I thought this was for FiveM...

I've had an undercover police interceptor (that fbi thingy) in my garage for a few years on ps3, but after transferring to ps4 i lost it if i remember correctly, i spawned it directly in my garage with some weird usb modmenu.
