Any info on a specific hack client?

As of recently, on a few servers I've been playing on (1.7.10 modded (IE)), there has been a few players spawning in creative items via some sort of custom client.

Is there any info on a client that's capable of this (Private or Public)?

And do you know anyone that I can contact in regards to possibly getting one of these clients?

I believe thats an exploit with NEI. It was going around in tekkit classic for a few years in the client Oil Derrick 2.5

Most servers have it patched by now since you only need to remove the NEI mod from the servers mod directory (because its a client side mod not a serverside mod )
