Of course soccer! NFL players get concussions after playing football and they lose their memory and their lives are miserable. Soccer is very civil and the slightest touch means a foul, so player safety is at the top.

At the end of the day there is much more specialization and higher amounts of speed and strength present on the field in any football game relative to a soccer game. Soccer is a much more demanding sport when it comes to pure cardio endurance. HOwever, in basically any other category to measure physical performance football edges out soccer.
