i can bench the bar rn but my goal is to do way more just got to take it 1 step at a time
175-195 5x5 currently. Going up by 5 pounds each set. Haven't completed the 5 for 195 yet
currently benching 70kg for 4*8
at 75kg bodyweight
I don't lift.
Normally the first thing folk say is 'I used to bench x amount'......
