Exercises of programming and maths. (Paid)

I have some exercises of several courses related to python r studio (and similar). I need someone to complete them and I will pay for the services.

My question is. Can I open a topic in the marketplace to "hire" someone?
In that case. How do you usually pay for these services?

Paypal (goods and services) per exercise completed, or proportional to the exercise's note?

Payments are usually Paypal/Crypto and usually discussed between you and the one doing the exercises. When I hired someone to do an essay or something for me I paid on completion.
