you know i have the best solution for you , all you have to do is call nexon at 1 213 858 5930(not fake) and you gotta say sorry "i'm not going to do it again , i promise" then they will atomatically un suspen you or un ip banned you right away. Take a chance and find out hope i helped you.

If you didn't hack and get banned then send a ticket or an appeal and hope they unban you.

If you did hack well send a ticket and hope they unban you which they likely wont.
