How many times could I refund a website?
You can only refund a website once. In order to do it again, you need to change every single bits of personal information, includes but not limited to Shipping and billing information, such as name, phone, and source of payment.HOWEVER, there are a few exceptions of stores that are doable 2-3 times without any risk (Clothing), which will only be discussed privately. Please note, there is a risk of you getting banned from purchasing from there online after doing it a few times.

Which stores Can I double dip:
Currently, double dipping ranges from 15-18%, depending on the store and items purchased. Stores that can be doubled dipped: Nike, Bath and body works, Zappos, Gamestop

What countries can you do?
Currently only Canada and US. However, sites like Hollister, Urban outfitters I am willing to do internationally for 12%.

How much do you charge?
Fee of 8% will be charged of the order total, including tax, shipping, and all other fees. Amounts are rounded up.

What private information is collected?
Basic order information will be collected, such as address, phone, email, name and type of payment. Unlike many other competitors, our team will delete personal information after a successful refund. No information is shared with anyone but my personal team.

How long is the process?
Depending on the websites, refunds/replacements could take from instant-2 weeks. Some sites do not send confirmations but refund straight to the payment method. After a successful refund, it takes up to an entire billing cycle to receive your money back. I am not responsible what happens in this stage, as its between you and your bank provider.

Is the 24 hour policy legit?
Me and my personal team will begin working on your refund within 24 hours or else its completely free of charge and complimentary support. However, this excludes information that is Submitted on MONDAY, and TUESDAY and holidays. We do strive to start the process within that time frame regardless.
