A17 - Any takers?

Anyone going to try to find, mess with it? Or not worth it while experimental, and wait for a stable build?

Interested to see what we can find in this go around, If anyone wants post what snippets you find or if you find the location of cm, dm. I will dive into it this week... or maybe after Thanksgiving.

This is what I found to be working so far with custom DLL(tested by myself)

- Creative menu(thanks to law6164)
- Show all players, player's own vehicles and sleeping bags/beds on map
- Place blocks and land claim blocks anywhere
- Radiation Immunity
- Instant Crafting/Scrapping
- Instant Open Container
- Infinite oxygen/no underwater visuals
- Can't be kicked out of Trader
- Access any locked doors, vehicles, power sources, containers and vending machines
- No weapons recoil
- Weapons and tools never use ammo and fuel/no reload

Somewhat working
- 9999 Block/Entity damage. Only work with range weapons(bows and guns) and auger at the moment

Not working at this stage
- Debug mode
- Build distance and place speed

the block damage back is interesting I thought that was changed, so range weapon only... so no mining, you have to shoot blocks to break them down? Auger is nice.

Yeah no Creative, or DM working here either...

Also, they change how GetDamage handling the entity class. Before it was EntityPlayer, now it's EntityAlive and Zeds are now part of EntityAlive which means if you're using the 9999 damage in a local game, zeds will also 1 hit you and 1 hit any blocks as well.

Creative mode is easy enough .GameManager+<startGameCo>c__Iterator1.MoveNext look for 44 which is creative menu change ldc.i4.0 on next line to ldc.i4.1

Debug menu is 42 which is a few lines above (42) but setting ldarg.0 to anything else seems to break the game.

No clue what I am doing. Help would be appreciated.

I would love that! I hope you upload it soon. If you do can you do a copy without 99999 block damage because if you're being watched by a admin it's obvious you're hacking. + now theres default tools that can do that. I think its called admin digger & the hammer.

You won't be able to play on a EAC servers anyway unless you have a bypass which I doubt anyone have it, or willing to share it

Custom DLL is best to use with servers that use overhaul mod like WoTW or RH because those servers has EAC disabled

Nothing will be out before A17 hit stable branch. Well, at least not from me personally anyway. Don't want TFP to patch it.

If you found a Grandpa's Elixir in Trader or doing the quest, drink it and sell a couple of items to Trader. It will shoot your level up to 300~~

It's a bug so enjoy it while it last
