For me, its not working on servers with PB.
One tip for you guys: if it wont work, try changing your resolution to 800x600. I had bigger resolution and it didnt worked for me, so I looked at picture and saw it is 800x600, I just changed my res and now its working fine. But just on servers without pb.

and i found this. So i posted it here. Im working on getting the other externalESP + aimbot and everything to work in cod4, but it will require some time.
And yes, this is safe, as i didnt got kicked in 2 diffrent matches where pb was enabled
