Upon doing as the seller instructed which is boxing the item then giving them a call this was the feedback I got from rep- Alex.

She said they are able to see the switch being used currently and located in the same location it has always been in. So this indicated it was never shipped out for RMA. They then went on by saying someone else called in with the same serial and boxed the same way, twice. With the box being undamaged and empty the rep is saying usps wouldn't file an investigation into this that I have to take it upon myself to do so.

I did exactly as you asked me and I thought if anyone could've been more convincing at the moment it was me. The rep said and I quote, I'm going, to be honest with you two other persons called in this week with the same serial. "Fail on OP part here". They then requested the switch registered email and any games currently on the account.

Sorry boys but this was too good to be true, it's a hit and miss but mostly miss than hit.

Maybe if OP had provided this info it could've been pursued further, however, i had to act as if i didn't have the info at the time to still keep this an open SE.

Not to sales bash, But nintendo labels have been banned from multiple forums due to the low success rate. I have done 3 different Se's myself and have all failed even with immaculate SE skills. Even with a good boxer, and good response times it will still fail if you use a random Serial due to nintendo being able to track the history of said System. Took me 2 months to complete the investigation with perfect excuses and providing them anything they asked for. They processed my replacement and then cancelled it almost immediately... 3 different occassions. Save your money and time boys. Hope this helped you.

PS. If OP can provide visual evidence on a successful SE thats a completely different story. But i have seen no one successful thus far. Just a heads up!
