I figured out money and level with cheat engine after making this thread, not difficult. Although it would be cool if someone made a trainer. Just easier that way.

What worked for me:

-get at least 3 fish, best worth above 100$ total for faster search.
-go to fish market and do 8 bit search in CE for total amount for the fish.
-sell ONE fish and search for changed value of total worth.
-change it to whatever you like (note- the number in game wont change).
-sell ALL the fish and receive your "extra founds"

NOTE:
-lots of folks received bans for cheating EXP and Cash so I would be careful and would not add crazy amounts to your account.
