Quick questions which packages do I need to download in order to compile it, i cant seem to locate a download for ProtoBuf

some of the classes like BasePlayer are not found (I'm guessing its part of Protobuf package?)

Edit: Actually lots of the classes that are game related are missinge (i.e BasePlayer, Codelock, BaseEntity etc. ) Where can i find the package for those?
