dw if its hwid banned ur account is most likely not banned which means you can get new harddrive/change platform (buy xb or something)/new pc/etc and start playing where you left off

and if its ip banned then your account is probably banned as well but changing IP or spoofing IP is eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeasiest thing ever
