Doing that will most likely result in a ban. Not worth it considering coding an aimbot is much more effective and safer.

Dvars in newer CODs are somewhat in a obfuscation. cg_drawfps dvar for example wont say this in the game files. It would be 5607 = cg_drawfps and the value for it would be near by but theres thousands of dvars for COD getting the right ones will be a trial & error process. Take possibly weeks to find what you want.

Ive seen some aim_assist dvars that is not like that though and show there true dvar name, but most are numberd now to stop/make it harder for modders.
