Ryzen 5 2600 or i5 7500?

I heard good reviews on Ryzen cpus, but I'm an Intel fan boy.
since the model 7500 is kinda bad, i would go with Ryzen and get a real i5 later . and GTX all the way

More cores and threads are going to last you a lot longer than what Intel offers you. Look what's happening to all the shitty Intel dual-cores. For a LONG time people recommended the Pentium G4400 as the Ultimate budget CPU, even not so long ago, and now so many games can't even be RUN on it just to see how it would run. A lot of games don't run on dual-cores anymore, like Rage 2.

I would usually go intel but locked 4 cores in 2019 is just a no go. again it really depends but for the people here i think more would be satisfied with the ryzen system.
