11 reports = ow?

So i've seen a lot of opinions saying that 11 reports = overwatch BUT recently after 1 hvh mm my accounts are getting ow bans even though some games was with full premade team.
I think that they changed something in this system. What's your opinion about overwatch?

It takes 11 reports within 21 hours to be sent to OW. I have an account that I rage on daily, playing two games per day, 700+ hours, and haven't been banned yet.

The only thing that would be sending you to OW if not the reports would be VACNet.

Haven't really heard it change, but just do a match a day if you want to be super safe!

These reports change by trust factor. Someone with very high trust factor would need 30 reports to be in overwatch. But still it doesn't mean you can now rage. VACNet automaticly put you in OW if you play obivious.

Oh, thank you for explanation. I dont rage or something. Just trying to understand under the hood mechanics.
