It will add overhead, and may not be necessary across the board. Perhaps escrow makes sense for transactions above a particular monetary threshold, and for certain categories.

I would like it, but it's a fishy thing that could go wrong. People sell accounts. They can't guarantee how much they will work. They should still receive their money
