As title says i'm looking for someone who can sell ebay account with no holds with following:

- Atleast 1000 Items / 10.000$ per month limits

All offers are welcome, please do not try to sell me some veroed accounts, because i will check username.

Even aged accounts can get some random holds on the PayPal side.

That's not correct! , david.dod1g102, yep sometimes but in 99% sitautions not.

I had account from 2013 and i never have holds after 3 month of successfully sales.

The ones who get mc011, mc99 are not aged account and require to provide documents - if documents are not provided ebay will suspend them after certain of time ( Because of selling)

Holding issue is related to PayPal and not eBay AFAIK.
eBay releases the funds directly and if you signup for PayPal's that service, your money will not be held.

I agree - that is why I said "Random". For example, my stealth PayPal is 2.5 years old.

Didn't use it for around 6-7 months, and I was getting holds for around 2 months.

Also sudden increase or a large payment may get a hold.

Yea, it's definitely PayPal holding your funds, and not eBay. In which case, PayPal is not (yet) trusting you as a seller. You need to be a verified seller / merchant from PayPal in order to receive Instant Payments (Good/Services Payments).

My eBay account is pretty old, and I'm willing to sell it (Member since: Dec 01, 2003). Although I have not sold anything on eBay....only purchased. I have all positive feedback from sellers though.
