    If you truely believe thats what I do then idk what to say. I was approached by a guy who said he can help me with my orders due to the fact ive been busy and had a hectic personal life the past few months. Ive had one other refunder work for me before about 2 years ago and it didnt work out. I was hesitant but after him showing me some proof of what he had done i started giving him some smaller easier order he started messing up and i immediately got rid of him and just quit my full time job today to start giving everyone who uses my service better support.

    Don't you think that a simple call to Vans would fix it? Explaining that seeing how I couldn't contact them through the phone, my sister, who browsed their site, noticed that it's possible to contact them through the site and filled it on my behalf. Then she informed me that she had taken care of it and it will be resolved shortly, but then I received the answer last week and to my surprised she failed to get the point across that the package had been received but it did not contain all of the items, etc.

    Would this or something similar actually not work? I don't have to insist that the package wasn't received.

    @Badmankilla, I was about to ask how did you end up figuring out the name of the refunder, but then I looked at the screenshot and realized I forgot to censored 2 quotes, so I edited it out now, lol.
    At this stage there is no point in doing that. He said to the "REPS" that you didn't receive your package and asked for a refund so they started an investigation " normal for every website" And as you can see they won't refund anything. doesn't matter if you call or anything. Speak with carrier and open a claim or get a police report :/


    EDIT: Keep trying or sending emails. Either way I would make a fake police report
