Well it works and it doesnt..

Tried it once with 2m-it worked then i tried it with 5-8-10-15m i got transcation failed, it also helps alot to have a player on the server.
You should also try as someone suggested around here on page 7, if you get 1 shipment put 1 and if you ahve more put that number, idk if that works.
So yeah, maybe i am a noob or sometimes it simply doesnt work.

For it to work considering you've done the steps correctly you must COMPLETE the delivery. Meaning that you must take the whatever number of packages to the designated spots or deliver whatever. For me it works with 5 million and under. I've tried just blowing up the supply vehicle in the beginning and the transaction fails.

You have to put "5" in the bottom not "5000000"

EDIT: NVM still works like charm.. Just had to restart my PC
