IM down and keeping disconnect and not want to work today, was working fine yasterday, @Dave84311 @arunforce Please remove all my contacts.

I can't connect since yesterday, getting the error I am already connected somewhere else, and after clicking reconnect, I got an error occurred

Removing all your contacts only way to fix this problem, @Dave84311 Please remove all my contacts to get IM up again.

More then day and can't get that working! Delete contacts only way to get it working again. (I have got this problem more then time before)

I was talking with him, he told me that he is going to look into it. Me too having big problems with IM but i got connected finally. Yesterday it took me about 5-6 hours to connect.

Yea 2-3 Times before, One with 3500 and one with 1500 and Now 1900

I can't get IM working again without removing my contacts.

I deleted only when I had about 7-8k contacts, now I have about 2-3k, I been sick and been away few days, after this few days not able anymore to join, be patient, am not going to remove, Dave said he can try to optimize something and make it work... after we delete people, people start to think bad about sellers, many people have warranties

i can get connected since im less than 1000 but main problem that i have is when i talk to someone or someone add me or talk with 3 pepole whole IM get freezed and cant chat for like 10-30sec. no idea what is wrong with that tho.

Click on Contacts Arrow and make them Hide.
