i dont think its going to be dead, just a smaller decrease of players overall. People have invested so much of their own hard earned money on fortnite skins to just let it go in the grave.

I doubt Fortnite is going to die because of Apex. Apex is just "flavor of the month". Fortnite has proved longevity, though. Let's just see if Apex can hold up as well.

fortnite is not dying lol they are giving the battle pass for free as a marketing tactic (pulls in more players and encourages them to stay for the long run which is better than $10 from battle pass buyers here and there and plenty other pros about it..), which none of the uneducated teens on this site might understand because they are just players and not businessmen but they talk about these game companies like they know what its like to host a game thats made billion+ in the first few months of publicity and still continues to make millions.. and claim its "Dying" just because they seen fortnite streamers streaming Apex as if they are restricted to only streaming fortnite... i understand yall like to meme but please just enough with the "______ is dying" blah blah blah no matter what game it is a game just doesnt die like seriously I still get into lobbies on MW2...

fortnite is literally shaking

since Apex has come out:
- did every single change the community has been asking for (FOR MONTHS) just recently. (source: https:/tu.be/6syZ7dZ8-LI?t=27)
- made the next season FREE (one could argue it's generosity/celebration of fortnite's success but they haven't alluded to it EVER)
- Apex has been growing at a much faster rate than Fortnite (https://www.theverge.com/2019/2/11/1...ttle-royale-ea) which would motivate Epic Games to be scared.

Eh, I don't care what others play, as it is their reasoning(s) why they want to play one game and not the other, I've played both Fortnite a bit longer than Apex, enjoy the both of games, I still have hard time understanding this "Fortnite gonna die cos y game came out" - my brain just farted on that sentence alone.
