Withdrawing Balance From Limited PayPal

So PayPal finally allowed me to withdraw the balance on my limited PayPal, sadly I used a fake VCC on the account so I can't withdraw on it.
Is there a way I can get a VCC or VBA to withdraw and be able to use the money or turn it into crypto?
Note that I am only allowed to withdraw the balance, can't send or receive payments. (the account still limited)

Or if you can help me withdraw it through some method for a profit, let me know
