Best Screen recorder for Crossfire!

Do any of you guys know a good screen recorder for crossfire which records in HD and has a good sound recorder(from speaker not microphone)?

Please dont say camstudio cuz that just sukz in quality

It's very good!

Then record it with Fraps and you are done.
You can find fraps for free at google.
