So, what I want to know is: does that thing that when the cheating account invites the legit one to the lobby and, due to that, if the account gets banned, the legit account won't lose it's rank? If not, how can I cheat with one of my smurfs while being with my main on the same match and, if my smurf gets banned, my main doesn't lose it's rank?

Pretty sure if you are queing with a hacking account, and it becomes relevant and known that you were playing with the hacking account, you will lose all your wins. This is why games are overturned in CSGO comp. Winning with a hacker on your team, even without queing together, likely means you won't be awarded the win anyways

As long as both accounts have separate emails, aren't family sharing, and neither of them get banned, you'll be fine. The wins will be removed from your main account if the cheating account gets convicted. I would recommend only playing two matches per day to limit the max amount of reports you receive in 24 hours.
