my file duplicator.
you said a solid color right? not an overlay? just make one .dtx file a solid red, or whatever, and use my file duplicator on the rest of the .dtx files.
so…I want to do something with photoshop where it changes pretty much every dtx file to a certain solid color.
for mac theres a program called automator that comes with it out of the box. It lets me do this, but since there is no dtx plugin for mac photoshop, its useless to me. anything out there (besides a mouse macro) that can do something like this for me?
heres a picture of what automator does if you didn’t understand what i meant:
now, when I click run it will automatically scale every image in the pictures folder to 15%, and then convert it to JPEG.
so, i dropped a copy of that screenshot into that folder and then ran the workflow. heres what came out:
this is just an example. If i had photoshop installed, I would have access to all of its actions. I could recolor stuff, and all kinds of stuff, but since there is no dtx plugin for mac photoshop, its useless to install it.
please, if anybody knows of a program like this, please tell me.

Alright. I will still have to rename them manually, but it's better than nothing.
Edit: nvm, that looks really helpful, thanks.
But please leave this open, I want to see if there are any windows programs that can do something like this.
