Hello, My old account is dragondesigns I had personal reasons I had to step away from the computer for awhile and I got my pc back and was wondering i tried contacting the guy but couldn't get a hold of him if its possible to get unbanned.

User hasn't been online for over a year, i'll mention him here(hoping he checks his email as the money is rightfully his) and if he doesn't answer in 24 hours, you will have to make a giveaway for the designated amount that was scammed/ something of equal value with the winner chosen within 72 hours by a global moderator+ (AKA: @Ahlwong @Psychotic or @Hero ) .

I suggest you make a giveaway right now as the user has been inactive for quite some time so if he doesn't respond you'll have already accumulated a day.

Since you essentially scammed money, that is what your giveaway will be for.

The reasoning i attached with "something of similar value" would only be for non-money scam's or something was scammed that couldn't really be "given away".
