The only people who don't have dynamic IPs in 2010 are those still stuck with stone age dialup or who run servers due to DNS requirements. So I guess all bans are completely ineffective by that logic! People adapt, bans are more sophisticated. You can't be that bright if you didn't even think that far. /

I guess it's true that 90% of the time 'hackers' are 11 or 12 year old children or older players with underdeveloped brains. I suppose the remaining ten percent are just trolls.
