    Radeon 4650 lag and recent ping spikes

    I have a triple core amd, with a radeon 4650 uesed to be getting 150+ fps in 8v8, now its around 30-40, and my ping used to be 61ish, now it spikes in the thousands, ive reinstalled crossfire, reformatted my computer, whiped everything off it, got tune up. Please help im out of ideas.
