This is great advice. The phrase I always keep in mind is "Nobody cares." Everybody's absorbed in their own problems and they don't have the time or the interest to dwell on your embarrassing moment. Within a few minutes they've forgotten about it and will never think of it again.

Sometimes you remember about the time in 5th grade, after your birthday when you had lots of paper money bills in your wallet, witch was a loose and old wallet. So you decide to put all your money in there, throw it up during PE in the gym so all the money would fall out right in front of everyone, so they would think you were rich. When in fact it was only about $50, quickly realize your mistake and pick all the bills up like a moron and walk away like the shy kid you've always been.
Or something other embarrassing, that was just an example that some people might have, idk who tho.
