Hey admins. @Hydrogen back here requesting an unblock probably 2 years after the incident.

Firstly I would like to acknowledge scam report. I did indeed fail to do an order for a Fitbit as the scam report alleges. However this was in no way a scam/exit scam. I refunded the user in about 2 weeks after he asked for a refund. However, did not appeal on MPGH for an unban due to personal issues including health concerns. I have refunded the user with the full amount. It was never a matter of my abilities to do Fitbits. If you look at my previous account, you'll see that I've done hundreds on MPGH and even successfully taught many others via eBooks and what not. As I've said in the past, my account had 2,500 posts, almost 7 years of activity, over a 1000 thanks and hundreds of rep as well as premium seller and premium member ranks. The two ranks are valued at $125, not to mention the hours of work and effort put on that account. I would never scam for $18. If the admins would like, I am willing to do a premium member giveaway to a user, despite me already refunding the user 2 years ago, to compensate for all the mess created and to giveback and gain trust.

Here's proof I actually refunded him only a short time after he asked for a refund, and not 5 or 6 months like claimed. User is no longer active unfortunately.

Secondly, I agree I did violate the conditions of my Blacklist. The first time was purely accidental, as I was not aware that I could not trade/buy, I thought it was only when I was selling (and thought I was fine to sell anything apart from Fitbits due the scam report), and that I was fine to purchases. The second time was when my cousin created an account whilst residing at my house, this was taken the wrong way and seen as me attempting to sell under a different name. The third user was indeed me, but I believe that I did not trade on that account as far as I am aware. I created this account a while ago, just to have a browse. However, I have been recently using it more and more. I messaged an admin earlier this evening with regards to what I should do to solve this situation, and they made it clear.

It would also be appreciated if an admin such as Dave, Liz or Arunforce could PM me or even the mods for the section, as there are some personal and serious details I would like to explain too.

@Tetrahedrane you will need @strombone to confirm that the refund was given. If you can let him know on sky.pe to come online and post here so we can resolve this. I am sure you will regain your premium status if you did not chargeback. For your blacklist since you violated the conditions we will have to place a blacklist on you when you return. Also stop lurking in the marketplace lol.

Thanks for the reply, I'm not too too sure what you mean by 'chargeback', but I assume you're suggesting that I might've chargebacked my refund to the buyer. I still have access to the paypal and am willing to let admins login to check that it was not chargeback'd. I can upload a ss too, but there are sensitive details in the transaction. User is unfortunately inactive, as the last time we spoke was on ***** over a year ago, and he was quite hostile to me, which is understandable, so at the moment that is the best I can do (you logging in to PayPal) and yes, I agree if unbanned to carry out the rest of my blacklist. I have stopped all marketplace activities after being told to a few days ago.

Understood everything with the buyer's situation. I still don't quite understand what you mean by premium status, and what the info on the page you linked me to has to do with this for the time being. I understand that me having those ranks did not make me exempt from any of MPGH's rules, I was just using it to attest how illogical/misguided the sensationalist claims that I 'exit scamming $18' were.

Edit: Moderator explained what he meant. Currently awaiting for @strombone to respond that he has received the refund.

Understood, however I was unaware at the time that violating market place blacklist involved all activities. I was under the assumption that I was free to buy goods, and post in the marketplace. But I would like to reiterate that I did not start a service or sell an item, all activities on the marketplace buying and there would have only been 2 or 3 transactions. I understand that this is my fault for not obtaining a full understanding of the rules, but there are some other factors I would like to discuss with the admins that I have PM'ed Dave, Hero and Ahlwong.
