Question about fitbit services (refunds?) and stuff

I have no idea how that works. Is that like, seller orders me a watch and i get it and he refunds or? I was always intrigued to buy a few of those but I'm really not sure what I'm getting myself into as someone can easily sway me "politically" and claim my money without being banned just because I'm not properly taught in that field. I'm not sure if this is the right section to post this. I just looked where for where can I post questions.

1. Contact and pay them

2. They contact fitbit claiming they have a fitbit (that you want) that doesn't work, and they want a replacement (without shipping anything back).

3. If 2 is successful, they tell the agent your address and it's shipped to you (usually just a pebble if applicable, meaning you buy accessories like charger and band)

3a. if 2 fails, repeat 1 and 2 until successful or they quit trying.

yes i think its accessory only otherwise company cant take big losses

they have been fked for years now, they havent done anything though so i presume they are fine.

Yes, it is warranty fraud however rather unlikely to get punished I suppose.
