    Hello sir, please try reading posts and announcements. You ARE allowed to use outside contact. IM is no longer enforced as the only contact method. It has been (and still is) posted as announcements around the forum, in sticky threads, and I mentioned it again in this thread just a few posts above.

    Yeah, definitely down. In the past, many times did not show up on my main browser(Brave) but it would still work on other browsers, this time it's not showing up on any of my other browsers.
